The Salvation Army Food Pantry is open Monday through Friday. Clients are seen by appointment only between 9:00am and 11:45am, then again between 1:00pm and 3:45pm. Call 920-458-3723 to schedule an appointment. Evening Food Pantry is available without an appointment every first, second and third Wednesday of the month from 4:30pm to 6:00pm.
Please bring an ID, proof of residence [postmarked mail or a bill] and for all other individuals in the home you will need to provide verification for each person listed. Acceptable documents include: Wisconsin Immunization record, report cards, birth certificates, passports, medical, insurance or library cards, driver’s license or state/military/tribal I.D.s.
If you do not have these along on your first visit we will need to see them on your second visit. If this information is not provided, we will not be able to offer food for the others in the home that you have not provided the needed documentation.
A photo ID is required at each additional appointment. Each client or family member may access the food pantry once per month.
