Each year The Sheboygan Area Salvation Army, thanks to this generous community, provides qualified area families with toys, blankets, hats, mittens, and gifts to ensure a Merry Christmas for all.

If you or someone you know is experiencing financial difficulties this Christmas, please read the information below to sign up for Christmas Assistance. Families that meet our financial and residential guidelines will be accepted.

To register for Christmas Assistance you must:

  • Have your Letter of Determination from Economic Support. Access your information online at Wisconsin.gov - ACCESS.
  • Live in Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls, Kohler or Howards Grove.
  • Show a photo I.D. at the time of intake.

If you do not receive services from Economic Support you must bring one document under each category

Proof of Residence:
Photo I.D. with current address
​Rent lease or agreement
Piece of mail with current postmark
Utility bill

Proof of Income:
Check stubs
Copy of SSI or SSD check
2016 Income Tax records

Establishment as a Member of the Household:
(One listed item for each family member receiving assistance)
Social Security Card
Birth Certificate
